 Sichuan Huhui Co., Ltd., established in Oct. 1993 is a large-scale business retail enterprise that has realized modern chain management in the southwest of China. It now has more than 800 direct-sale chain supermarket and over 14,000 staff.
Since Huhui opened the first integrated self-service chain supermarket in the southwest of China in April 1994, it has always carried forward the principle of "We accompany you and bring convenience for your life ", and founded a great number of community chain stores all over the city.
In these thirteen years, Huhui is always insisting on the honest style of "Serve people for their convenience", guaranteeing the customers' interests and creating the good image of enterprise. In 2004, the company invested and founded physical distribution center with the largest scale, most perfect functions and most advanced management. The physical distribution center can provide round-the-clock unified distribution and supply for all the chain stores, fulfill the gapless supervision of the quality of all the sales products. At present, Huhui has owned 1200 staff responsible for all kinds of administrative service, including 38% of the staff who came off sentry but now obtain employment again.
In these thirteen years, Huhui keeps a stable development rate of 40% per year. In the last year, it achieved an annual sale of RMB1,900,000,000 yuan and paid tax of almost RMB10 million yuan. Now the chain network of Huhui has stretched to the frontal zone of the city--- villages, towns and the country market, brought the revolutionary sales experience to the customers in Sichuan, where the urban- rural dualistic structure is adjusted. Huhui has replaced the past market trade with the modern product physical distribution service, and improved the quality of the product and the service while ensuring the supply. This year, it initially opens network points in the second and third-class cities of Sichuan province and spares no effort to achieve the target of developing 1000 chain stores in China.
In 2005, the company has expanded the product exhibition wholesale center, and successfully changed from single retailer to community life service supplier and modern physical distribution supplier as the third party! The mighty physical distribution system not only meets the demand of local physical distribution, but covers the three provinces in Southwest China and Tibet. It also provides support for the physical distribution of various enterprises in the grand southwest part of China. In the future years, Huhui will be incorporated as a modern distribution center. It will become an excellent local retail enterprise with 1000 direct-sale chain stores and reach a sales volume of RMB10 billion yuan.
Through thirteen-year development Huhui has won the support and affirmation of the society and leaders of the provincial, municipal and district government institutions, and enjoys a high reputation. Huhui was awarded many honorable titles, such as Important Taxpaying Advanced Enterprise, Important Enterprise Contacted Through Provincial Governor’s Box, Advanced Unit in Arranging Unemployed People and Citizens Transferred from Countryside, Excellent Service Enterprise, Honorable Unit in Concerning Female Employers and “March 8” Love Activity, etc. Huhui was recognized as one of the 29 Important Enterprises in Expanding and Strengthening the Circulation Field by Sichuan Provincial Government in 2002. In 2003, Chairman of the board Pan Shiwei was elected as member of political consultative conference of Sichuan Province. He was awarded the title of Excellent Civil Enterpriser by the provincial committee and provincial government, and the titles of Annual Giant in Chengdu Food Industry and First Asia Management & Innovation Worthy Prize in 2004. Huhui attributes its success to the trust and support of the society.
Retrospecting to the past thirteen years, Huhui engages in promoting the advancement of the local commercial environment by its credit and improving the local industrial level by its growth.
